Man Utd seek offers for Fortune
Manchester United have placed South African international midfielder Quinton Fortune on the transfer list with the player's manager saying they want a fee of around 3 million pounds.
The 24-year-old, who joined United for 1.5 million from Atletico Madrid two years ago, is halfway through a four-year contract. Fortune played only seven league games in the season just finished. Acting generally as an understudy to Ryan Giggs, his season was interrupted first by the Olympic Games and then by a knee injury sustained in December

Neville signs new deal
Phil Neville has signed a new six-year contract with Manchester United.
The England defender is thought to have doubled his money in the new deal. "I had four years to run on my existing seven-year deal - but I had no hesitation in making up my mind to sign," said the 24-year-old. "All it took was a 10-minute meeting with United chief executive Peter Kenyon and the deal was done. "Hopefully, signing this deal will end all speculation linking me with a move to other clubs. "It is my wish that I will never leave Old Trafford." he told icons.com
